Suggested Use
Adults take three capsules a day: two capsules during the day and one capsule one hour before sleep, with or without a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Other Ingredients
Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water). microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
