Lipoic acid (LA) plays an important role in glucose metabolism and energy production. LA is both fat and water soluble. Studies suggests that LA may support the body’s antioxidant defenses. D-Biotin is an integral part of enzyme activity necessary for the breakdown and conversion of fatty acids and carbohydrates into energy.

Suggested Use
